Al2O3 / spherical alumina powder
- BAK & BAM Series -
Alumina powder BAK series (2μm / 10μm / 30µm / 50μm / 70µm / 120μm /150µm) is produced by a complex melt-jet process. Compared to the "snowballs" from the traditional process, every single particle of the BAK alumina powder is a solid ball. These solid spheres not only allow a high proportion of α-phase, but also provide low viscosity at high filling density (silicone / epoxy system) and thus for a high thermal conductivity of the end products like Thermal paste, thermally conductive plastics and more.

The BAM series is a special blend of different BAK alumina powders. The principle is simple: to fill the spaces between the large grains with smaller grains and thereby achieve an even higher thermal conductivity. The detailed technical data of the BAK and BAM series are available on request.

The BAH series products are made from BAK series products by surface treatment with chemicals. These surface-modified alumina powders are characterized by particularly low viscosity and high filling density when mixed into silicones or epoxy resin.
Al2O3 / High heat conductive alumina powder
- HTA series -
HTA series products are deeply processed products from the BAK series. Through a series of special processes such as calcination, purification and sieving, the spherical HTA alumina powders not only have improved crystallinity of the α-phase but also a reduced specific surface area which leads to higher thermal conductivity in the polymer material.
